Lasting knowledge
for safer teams
Safer teams start with smarter learning that sticks.
Reinforced learning to ensure your team stays ready
Spaced repetition is a powerful learning strategy that breaks critical knowledge into bite-sized lessons and schedules them at precisely the right intervals. Instead of forgetting what you learned in a single training session, you reinforce key ideas just as they begin to slip from memory—making those ideas more durable over time.
Our in-house algorithm tracks each learner’s knowledge levels, factoring in natural memory decay to predict when information is at risk of being forgotten. This “memory strength” is then reflected in the Defence Meter, a real-time gauge that shifts between Weak, Average, and Strong Defence. As time passes without review, the meter trends downward—signaling that your team may need a boost to stay sharp.
Cyber threats won't pause their attacks until your next annual training session
If your team’s knowledge fades, you’re left vulnerable. Spaced repetition keeps employees consistently informed, regularly refreshing crucial cybersecurity practices so they’re always prepared to spot phishing attempts, suspicious links, or other threats.
Defence Boosts are how we bring spaced repetition to life
These short, targeted boosted lessons tackle one specific cybersecurity concept at a time, from recognising phishing emails to handling sensitive data securely. By keeping each boost quick and focused, we make training easy to digest and retain.
Lasting behavioural change
Traditional, hour-long modules can be overwhelming—especially when employees have a full workload. Defence Boosts deliver cybersecurity training in a format that actually fits real-world schedules, ensuring frequent engagement without disrupting productivity. This approach also keeps security top-of-mind, fostering lasting behavioral changes that reduce your organization’s risk.
Adaptive timing
Our system monitors each user’s memory stability and retrieval ability to determine exactly when they need a refresher.
Micro-Learning sessions
When the data shows that someone’s knowledge is starting to fade—and when the Defence Meter begins to dip—we automatically send out a Defence Boost.
Immediate impact
Successfully completing a Boost replenishes the user’s knowledge strength, causing their Defence Meter to rise back to Average or Strong Defence. This visible feedback loop motivates learners and shows them the direct impact of staying vigilant.
